Our stay at this lodge was simply mind-blowing! The atmosphere was super friendly, making it easy to meet people and have a great time. The biggest dorm room was surprisingly quiet, with considerate guests who didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were incredible, promptly accommodating our request to move rooms and ensuring our happiness. The location was fab with convenient off-site car park. The cleanliness of the kitchen, showers, and rooms was jaw-dropping, and we were thrilled to find no bedbugs. The cozy seating area outside was a bonus, perfect for chilling and enjoying the company of the lovely long-term guests. We truly had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose to stay here again when we're in town.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Uenuku Lodge in Auckland. The decoration throughout the hotel was elegant and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. I particularly appreciated the beautiful garden area with a barbecue, which provided a serene spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
While my stay at Uenuku Lodge was mostly delightful, I would have appreciated better guidance from the staff regarding activities and attractions suitable for senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there had provided more information and assistance in planning a vacation that caters to the needs and interests of senior individuals.

This hostel was an amazing find for our romantic escape! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the big lounge area where we could relax and watch TV with other guests. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a huge bonus. We also appreciated the beautiful garden where we could enjoy a quiet evening together.
Noise from the nearby bars, which kept us up late into the night. while the bedding was comfortable, we would have appreciated having an extra blanket or two, as we found ourselves a bit chilly during the cooler nights.

The room at Uenuku Lodge-Hostel was so cozy and clean, it felt like our home away from home. We loved the free WiFi, and the view of the city was amazing. The communal kitchens were a great bonus too!
The only thing we didn't love was the shared bathroom, but that's just our personal preference. Others might not mind it at all.
